This package includes one 90-minute and four 30-minute online consultations with Katalin over 12 weeks.​This 3-month functional medicine treatment and health coaching package will provide you with an in-depth examination of your medical history and any existing baseline blood tests.

During the 90-min online session, Katalin will have a discussion with you about possible root causes, give you brief advice on nutrition and lifestyle, and suggest appropriate testing as needed.

In addition, Katalin will recommend safe and well-established supplements based on your individual needs.

Next to the first consultation, you will also have four 30-minute appointments with Katalin in 3, 6, 9 and 12 weeks’ time.

For extended support, Katalin accepts up to six emails during these weeks and will respond to your queries within 48 hours.

On top of the above benefits, you will also have the option to have a free initial call with Ildiko, a certified and experienced Health Coach with a clinical psychologist background. Sorting out the details of this initial call as well as any other appointments with Ildiko has to be arranged directly with Ildiko.

This package includes a 2-hour online consultation with Katalin during which you are going to go through a thorough lifestyle, diet and medical history review.

With professional support, you will explore what individual and emotional obstacles have prevented you so far from achieving your goals.

The conversation will focus on providing you with support so that you can become more confident by making your goals SMART:
